Playa Soídia is opening its doors for the very first time, and this is your invitation to be part of the story from the beginning.At the heart of Playa Soídia, the beachfront Hotel Soídia will feature ocean facing rooms and open terraces overlooking the waves, while the nearby Surf and Retreat Center will offer a more private garden setting with a courtyard pool, private balconies, and a yoga pavilion surrounded by tropical greenery.Private coastal casitas will provide comfortable stays for travelers who want a little more space, while cafés, beach dining, retail shops, thoughtfully designed workspaces, and gathering spaces will create the atmosphere of a vibrant coastal village. Days may begin with a surf session at nearby breaks, flow into focused work or wellness programming, and end with shared meals, movement, and time spent immersed in nature.Located along Nicaragua’s Pacific coastline, an area known for consistent surf, natural landscapes, and a slower pace, stays are planned to begin December 2026.Founders Voucher holders will have priority booking before public release.

Playa Soídia vouchers are valid for the signature beachfront hotel and casitas.In addition, guests may add experiences such as sunset sails, private chef events, local excursions, and access to the training center, including yoga, pilates, fitness, and surf training.For guests who wish to balance time at the beach with work or creative pursuits, separate access passes will be available for the dedicated co-working center, offering high-speed Wi-Fi and both shared and private workspaces.The nearby retreat and event center will offer wellness and surf retreats, and can host additional events, including weddings, based upon availability.The updated list of local restaurants, bars and retail shops will be available soon.
